Our policy states that we generally do not accept returns. However, if your item is defective, damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately upon receipt so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In the event that you receive a print that is damaged during shipping, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion. To qualify for a replacement or refund, you must provide us with a picture of the damaged print.

If you wish to receive a replacement or refund, please contact us at support@theseprintstho.com with information and pictures about the damage, and we will review your request.

For exchanges, the quickest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Please note that if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
